UEA Subscriber Update: Administrative Changes as of June 1st

Good Day UEA Subscribers,

As some fo you may already know, and if your not aware, here it is. I have been accepteds to The Salvation Army College for Officer Training(Seminary School) which is 2 years long. Do to this, I will be unable to handle the operations of USEmergAlerts/National Incident Networks. Rather then shutting down or merging with another group, There will be some changes that will be happening effective June 1st, 2022. Please note the Following.

I will be Stepping down as Chief of Operations and Maintaining the CEO aspect of UEA, as well as the backend(website,e-mail, Administrative role).

I am Happy to announce Don M. as UEA01-Chief Of Operations/Chief Operating Officer

The Following changes will be happening within the Admin Team.

Louie – ID# Changed to UEA02 – Dispatcher Support Manager/Community Relations Officer

• Will handle Community Relations/Social Media.
• Will handle Dispatcher Support and dispatcher applications, but subscriber support and creation of Subscriber accounts will be handled by John.
• Will work together with John on e-mailing dispatchers and trainees that have become inactive.

Mike – ID# Changed to UEA03 – QA Manager.

• Will handle all QA’S. Wither Mike, Don, or Myself should be the only people contacting you with a QA Issue.

John – ID# Changed to UEA04 – Subscriber Support Manager

• After New Subscriber Apllications are received, Will enter their information into the system creating their accounts, and e-mailing them the info and instructions. Will also be assisting Louie in dispatcher/trainee status updates due to inactivity.

I would also like to announce a new addition to the Administrative Team. Lance Lustig, you may know him as PA22 will be assuming the role of Dispatcher Supervisor with the Admin ID# of UEA05.

Lance – ID# Changed to UEA05 – Dispatch Supervisor

• When logged on, Monitor Groupme Chanels for anyone who may need a page sent and assist in paging their calls out.
• Monitor Trainee Alerts. As they are entered, he will get a text message informing there is a new trainee alert.
• Review the trainees info. If it is missing something, ask the trainee in dispatch chat.
