Due to a technological issue with our system’s developer and cell phone companies, UEA’s alert messages will no longer be able to be sent out via SMS. Please log into your account and change the way you receive alerts to “via email” and make sure an updated email address is listed within your account. We recommend using a separate email to separate our alerts from other emails you receive. For assistance with this, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and an administrator will help as quickly as we are able.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but this is simply the best and only option for at least the time being. Thank you.
